Shipping stinks says it's from the USA but they

Shipping stinks says it's from the USA but they exported from India so is it from the USA or just shipped from the USA?

isotine eye drops

I started to use the drops twice a day for the last two weeks.
I have glaucoma and post laser surgery had sharp pain(occasional) in the right eye. That pain has subsided after the use of Isotine.
Prior to using Isotine, I was prescribed alloepathetic drops. It had severe reaction with extreme light sensitivity. I stopped that and after two weeks started Isotine.
So far there is no adverse effect, but there is no noticeable improvement in the peripheral vision and there is no way to check the pressure.
