I paid [Company Name] for a product that was never delivered. After repeated attempts to get a response, I received only vague replies stating they would “look into it,” but no action was ever taken and no resolution was provided.

Due to the lack of delivery and the company’s failure to address the issue, I reported the transaction as fraud to my bank.
