Extremely potent and concentrated. It makes me feel a little tired but more energetic when I wake up. I may or may not take it on a regular basis. It is very high quality though if it works with your system and lifestyle.Update: Produces good vibes, and I operate off a steam engine. I can only imagine how it would affect someone all electric. Extremely good.
